Contract review pipeline — every flag cited, every decision logged

A multi-agent pipeline for contract review. You upload an NDA, DPA, or employment contract in EN or DE; it parses clauses, scores them 0–3 against a public-source playbook (EU SCCs, IAPP, BGB, DSGVO), and drafts tracked-changes redlines. The thing I actually care about: every flag cites the specific playbook clause and the specific contract text it compared. Flags without a citation get downgraded to "unverified" instead of being waved through.

Impact: Eval harness against synthetic + real NDAs shows the citation requirement actually filters the noise — uncited flags drop out of the final deviation table. Audit log in Postgres + Langfuse traces make every agent decision reproducible end-to-end.

Daily German vocab for ~3 years — 4,000+ active cards

Solo project

A German vocabulary pipeline on top of Anki. Pulls words out of whatever I am reading or hearing — books, podcasts, work meetings, paperwork from the Kfz agent — and turns them into spaced-repetition cards grouped by frequency, register, and topic. Started as a weekend script; it has been part of my morning routine for three years.

Impact: 40+ thematic decks (Kfz, Versicherung, Behörde, Tech, Smalltalk). The reason I can argue with mechanics and the Finanzamt without Googling on the spot.

A virtual caretaker for Alzheimer's patients — Raspberry Pi edge device plus an Android companion app. Targets wandering, motion imbalance, vision, and memory issues using sensors, computer vision, and conversational AI.

Impact: Selected Grand Prize winner out of 3,500+ contestants from 78 countries. Top 3 globally on Codechef among 500+ participants. Invited by Alibaba Tianchi to present in China, then to Harvard during MLH Week 2019.

Built in 48h after the TikTok ban in India

Co-developer

Media sharing platform aimed at universities, built in Flutter on Firebase. Spun up in the 48 hours after the TikTok ban in India to capture a wave of users looking for short-video alternatives.

Impact: A team build, scrappy and fast. A good lesson in shipping under time pressure and picking a stack that lets you move.
